3. Do you offer virtual therapy sessions?

Yes. I offer virtual therapy sessions across New York State as well as in-person therapy in West Hempstead, NY.
Many clients appreciate the convenience and comfort of online sessions, while others prefer the personal connection of meeting face-to-face.

We’ll work together to find the format that best fits your needs.
Please note: Psychological assessments are conducted in person at my West Hempstead office.

4. What issues do you specialize in?

I specialize in helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection.
For individuals, I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions—offering support, tools, and insight to help you find balance and clarity.

My goal is to help each person—adult or couple—feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

5. How long does therapy take?

Therapy is different for everyone. Some people find that a few sessions help them address specific concerns, while others choose to continue longer for deeper, more lasting change.
We’ll talk together about your goals, what you’re hoping to achieve, and what pace feels right for you.

6. What should I expect during the first session?

Your first session is about getting to know you—your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
It’s also a space for you to get a feel for my approach and ask any questions you may have.
By the end of our session, we’ll have a clear plan for moving forward—whether that’s couples counseling, individual therapy, or psychological testing for your child.

7. What is your approach to couples counseling?

My approach to couples therapy blends evidence-based methods with compassion and practical guidance.
I help partners slow down conflict, listen with empathy, and see situations through each other’s eyes.
Together, we work to rebuild trust, strengthen your emotional connection, and create lasting positive change in your relationship.
